Real Estate Law

Time Kills Deals

At the Law Offices of Alex D. Sirulnik, P.A., we understand that opportunities need to be acted on quickly. At the same time, all of the details need to be covered in detail to make sure the opportunity isn’t a quagmire.

Negotiation

Whether you are buying or selling real estate, the process has (at least) two parties that will have to negotiate to get the deal across the finish line. That involves listening, understanding what is non-negotiable for the other side, and delivering the optimal result for our clients. Sometimes this revolves around the price, and other times around the terms.

Due Diligence

At the Law Offices of Alex D. Sirulnik, P.A., as part of this due diligence process in real estate transaction, we focus on specific areas for legal due diligence, to make sure that the property our clients are looking to purchase is as described and any contracts, leases or encumbrances recorded against the property are not going to hinder their plans.

It’s not our place to tell you if what you’re looking at is a good deal or not; our priority is to tell you if what you’re looking at is what they claim it is.
